This describes the owner,my friend Ratpan to a tee.He built this little sporty to ride as a daily driver while combatting commuter traffic.He turned me loose with two requirments on the paint......HOK Candy rootbeer somewhere on it and no mexican shit.......Well I had seen a panhead he used to race back in the day and the name was called Mule Skinner so it had to be.

I am really a fan of thre 50's and 60's custom painters.
They did the coolest stuff with pretty much junk paint and grinding glass and making thier own mixes.Its far to easy now days compared to the days gone by.
