


This is my friend Chris's chopper. He was wanting to change it up a bit. So to give it that skinny look this what I came up with.
I had a set of new old stock Bates fork covers laying around. So with that said major modifications on the FX frontend were about to take place. I modified the lower tree and the lower legs went on a extensive diet. To take up the space between the forkcover and upper tree I'm a machined out some aluminum spacers on the lathe. Chris had already modified the top tree by cutting all the junk off of it and smoothing it out it's ready for a good polishing now and this is what we ended up with.
